This is the most extensive course we’ve ever run, designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and push your progress further than ever before.

What is Livewell?

Do I have to join on the 6 week Programme?
Joining our LiveWell programme at RS Fitness starts with our 6-week course, designed to set you up for long-term success. This structured plan helps you build the foundations of sustainable health, fitness, and nutrition, giving you the tools and support needed to create lasting habits.
What's included in the 6 week programme?
Our LiveWell 6-week programme includes access to InBody health scanners for tracking progress, full access to our open gym and a variety of fitness classes, personalised accountability and support, expert nutritional guidance, and exclusive private group sessions for extra coaching and motivation. This well-rounded approach ensures you stay on track, build healthy habits, and achieve sustainable results in a supportive environment.
This course also comes with 3 dedicated group personal training slots on the gym floor that you can attend throughout the duration!
Can I try a class before I commit to a membership
Yes! Every LiveWell member will receive a personalised plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle. To ensure it’s the right fit for you, we’ll first go over some basic requirements, such as your current fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we take the time to learn more about you, including your preferences, challenges, and routine. Once we have a clear picture, we’ll create and send your customised plan, making sure it’s both effective and easy to follow. This way, you get a structured approach that works for you, setting you up for long-term success!
Can I use the open gym as well as the group sessions?
Of course, you can make full use of the open gym whenever it suits you! To help you stay on track, we’ll also provide you with structured workout plans in your app, giving you clear, guided sessions to follow. These workouts are designed to support your goals, ensuring you train effectively and with purpose, whether you're working out independently or alongside our coaching.
What happens after the 6 Week kick start programme?
After completing the 6-week Kickstart programme, you have the flexibility to continue your journey in a way that suits you best. You can move onto our Livewell monthly rolling membership for £75 per month, which provides ongoing coaching, accountability, and full access to everything you’ve been working on. If you prefer to focus solely on training, you can opt for our Group Training membership at £55 per month or Open Gym access for £35 per month. Of course, if you feel ready to go it alone, you can choose to leave – but we’re always here to support you if you ever want to return!
